Center Block 2
Who doesn’t love a Double Monkey Wrench Block? Yes, some will call this a Churn Dash. As we all know, there are many names that every quilt block has. However, I am sticking with the Double Monkey Wrench for this pattern. What is fun about this block is it is fast, easier, and simply beautiful! Making an entire quilt from just this block creates a quilt with many secondary and tertiary pattens. And…. the Churn Dash pattern has a ton of really beautiful, complex variations. This gives you many opportunities to express your creativity. Did you notice that I said Churn Dash? Yep, the Double Monkey Wrench is the 9 patch variation of the Churn Dash. That is why I decided to keep the Double Monkey Wrench name for this pattern. I truly hope you enjoy this block as much as I have. Happy Quilting! Be sure to grab the pattern below!
If you are making the Small Size Quilt, you may want this FPP pattern for your 2nd center block! It just truly will make your life a bit easier!
