Needle Alignment Magnet
From Grace Company
A needle alignment magnet is a small magnetic tool used to correctly orient and install the longarm needle. Longarm machines use round-shank industrial needles, so proper rotational alignment is critical for stitch quality and preventing thread breaks.
The magnet attaches directly to the needle’s groove (right above the eye and on the bump on the front of the needle) and acts like a visual pointer so you can easily rotate the needle into the correct position. Most longarm systems want the groove facing the front at the “6 o’clock” position.
Each package includes (1) magnet and instructions for proper use.
