The Spellbound Hat by Melissa Mortenson of Polka Dot Chair is a quilted, lined, wearable witch's hat with an optional sash. The Spellbound Witch's Hat pattern features three different versions (all included with the pattern): Patchwork Quilted Hat, Quilted Hat, and Non-Quilted Non Patchwork Hat. Suitable for light and medium-weight cotton and cotton blend fabrics. Not suitable for stretch fabrics. Quilting-weight cotton is recommended. The finished hat is approximately 16” tall by 20” wide. The interior circle has a 22-23” inch circumference. It fits "most" adults and includes instructions to slightly size the hat for a smaller circumference head. This hat is not intended for children.
